Ryan Finance Group (“we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, hold and disclose your personal information, in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
Ryan Finance Group operates under Southeast Solutions Pty Ltd (ACN 145 925 953), Australian Credit Licence 395139, aggregated through Australian Finance Group Ltd (AFG).
We collect information directly from you — through our website enquiry and application forms, and by phone, email or in person. With your consent, we also collect information from third parties such as lenders, credit reporting bodies and your referees.

Where you consent, we collect and exchange credit information (both consumer and commercial) with credit reporting bodies and lenders to assess and arrange finance. You can ask a credit reporting body not to use your information for direct marketing or pre-screening, and to withhold it if you believe you have been, or are likely to be, a victim of fraud.
We hold your information in secure electronic and, where applicable, physical form, and take reasonable steps to protect it from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. Information submitted through our website is transmitted over a secure (HTTPS) connection. We keep your information only for as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, after which we take reasonable steps to destroy or de-identify it.
Our website does not use tracking or advertising cookies, and we do not use third-party advertising networks. To understand how our site is used, we collect simple, privacy-preserving analytics on our own servers — for example pages viewed, time on page, approximate device type and the website you arrived from. This is done without cookies and without storing your IP address or any identifier that singles you out; visits are counted using a short-lived, one-way code that cannot be traced back to you. We may also use limited, essential technical data (such as server logs) to keep the site secure and working.
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate or out of date. Please contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity first.
